Global Travel Collection introduces new technology tool in collaboration with Reposite

Reposite partnership is the latest addition Global Travel Collection’s lineup of customised programming launching in 2024

LONDON – Global Travel Collection (GTC), Internova Travel Group’s high-service premium and luxury travel division, announced a new partnership with Reposite, an AI-driven marketplace creating tech solutions for the travel industry designed for group travel and event planners.

In a continued commitment to provide unparalleled support and opportunities for advisor business growth, GTC joined forces with Reposite to develop a cutting-edge technology tool tailored specifically for its advisors working in the entertainment travel sector. The close collaboration turned an identified opportunity into a tangible product exclusive to GTC advisors that improves support and resources to meet the unique challenges of entertainment travel, including music, theatre, television and film productions.

GTC’s community of travel advisors and agencies worldwide serve clients in the luxury leisure, corporate and entertainment sectors.

Navigating the complexities of today’s entertainment travel industry demands a tool that can amplify efficiency to simplify the RFP and proposal process including supplier sourcing, itinerary-building support, client relations and workflow management. Reposite offers a seamless solution connecting GTC’s valued advisors with a database of now over 30,000 supplier offerings, boosting advisors’ ability to swiftly gather information and enhance their responsiveness to their entertainment and production client needs.

“We recognised a significant gap in the travel industry concerning the technology available to entertainment and production advisors. Their intricate workflows, often spanning multiple cities with diverse clientele and various check-in/check-out dates, have, until now, predominantly relied on email and spreadsheets,” said Alexa Berube, Co-Founder, Reposite. “Global Travel Collection has been a trailblazer in identifying this pressing need and actively seeking a solution. Collaboratively, we have worked hand in hand to develop a custom solution to streamline the RFP and proposal process, fostering stronger relationships between suppliers and advisors in the entertainment and production industry.”

GTC’s entertainment advisors opting into the platform will receive support materials, including detailed guides and tutorials on using the technology, as well as best practices for engaging with clients and suppliers and building successful advisory relationships. Additionally, training webinars and one-on-one coaching sessions are available to stay up to date on the latest product development.

“Entertainment travel continues to be a sizeable and rapidly expanding part of our business,” said Angie Licea, President of Global Travel Collection. “We recognise the entertainment space has a different business method, and our partnership with Reposite shows our continued investment in enhancing our advisors’ workflow. Their success is our success, and this program is designed to empower them to reach new heights in their careers and service with entertainment partners and clients.”

Additionally, GTC’s preferred destination, hotel and transportation partners will become suppliers on Reposite. Each will be onboarded and equipped with various support resources, including marketing tools, data analytics and customer one-on-one service.
