WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ – Comedian and radio host Joe Piscopo joins Steve Perillo, president and third-generation owner of Perillo Tours, for an exclusive 11-day Rome and Sicily tour from October 18-28, 2023. This is Piscopo’s second special outing with Perillo Tours.

Highlights include tours of the Vatican Museum, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel. The group moves on to three nights in Taormina, Sicily, the backdrop for the recent “White Lotus” series, and two nights in Palermo with a visit and tasting at Mt. Etna Winery, a Taormina “Godfather” Tour, and much more. The tour also provides ample free time for guests to explore each city at their leisure.
Four dinners, one lunch, and daily buffet-style breakfast are included, as well as accommodations in centrally located four- and five-star hotels. Also included in the tour are airport transfers at scheduled times, baggage handling throughout, travel wallet with baggage tags and travel documents, hotel taxes, city taxes, hotel service charges, and all tips for hotel and restaurant personnel.
Perillo noted the connections that he and Piscopo both have, including family roots in Italy as well as to Saturday Night Live. A cast member from 1980 to 1984, Piscopo was a fan favorite known for a number of recurring characters and impressions. Perillo’s SNL debut came in 2019 when Adam Sandler played “Joe Romano of Romano Tours,” a clear parody of the Perillo family’s legendary television commercials.
