Sabre announces Sabre Red Launchpad, a new booking solution for travel agencies

Internova will launch a co-branded version of the product, Internova SNAP, Powered by Sabre, to thousands of its travel consultants to reduce training time and provide access to Sabre’s GDS.

SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – Sabre Corporation, a leading provider of software and technology powering the global travel industry, announced the development of a new booking solution, Sabre Red Launchpad, designed for new or independent travel consultants. Sabre developed Sabre Red Launchpad, an extension of Sabre Red 360, with launch partner Internova Travel Group, one of the world’s largest travel services companies.

Sabre Red Launchpad reduces training time for travel consultants new to the industry and provides an easier way for independent consultants who do not currently use an aggregator, such as Sabre, to access the breadth of robust content and capabilities Sabre offers through its digital travel marketplace. In the coming weeks, Internova will launch a co-branded version of the product,
Internova SNAP, Powered by Sabre, to its thousands of travel consultants in the U.S. Sabre will launch Sabre Red Launchpad globally in the coming months.

Some consultants may work exclusively on Sabre Red Launchpad and others may choose to use the expanded capabilities of Sabre Red 360 over time. We feel fortunate to innovate alongside visionary companies like Internova Travel Group to deliver new technologies that enhance the experiences of travel consultants and the
travellers we serve.”

Like the consumer travel apps, Sabre Red Launchpad provides users with a streamlined graphical user interface (GUI) that helps them shop and book basic flight, hotel and car itineraries with just a few clicks. The product is compatible with NDC offers, XML content from low-cost carriers and traditional ATPCO/EDIFACT options.

Sabre Red Launchpad co-exists alongside Sabre’s existing agency booking solution, Sabre Red 360. If complex service needs arise, Sabre Red Launchpad users can seamlessly transfer bookings to teammates working in Sabre Red 360. Throughout 2024, Sabre will invite more agencies to join Internova as part of the Sabre Red Launchpad early adopter programme.
