Titan Travel removes regional departure supplements on select short haul tours, enhancing convenience and value for UK agents and clients.
Titan Travel has enhanced its offering by eliminating regional departure supplements on a selection of its short haul tours, allowing agents across the UK to book clients on departures from their preferred airport at no additional cost.
Where airline schedules allow, agents can now book tour departures from 8 regional airports across the UK at the same price as London departures. Available across 29 of Titan’s short haul tours, the removal of the regional departure supplement enhances the value and conveniences of Titan’s award-winning tours for customers, and agents booking on their behalf, outside of the capital’s catchment area.
Shane Lewis-Riley, recently appointed Director of Trade Distribution in Titan Travel, comments: “At Titan, we’re all about making adventure effortless. After listening to feedback from agents and customers alike, we have removed the regional flight supplement entirely from a number of our core short haul tours providing greater flexibility and convenience to agents and their clients.
“As the first of many initiatives we plan to introduce to the trade based on agent feedback, we’ll also be looking to expand this benefit across more of our tours in the near future – watch this space!”
This customer-focused initiative highlights Titan’s dedication to listening to agent feedback, continuously enhance its offerings, and support agents in delivering exceptional service to their clients. By allowing customers to depart from their preferred airport at no extra cost, Titan reinforces its aim to stand out as a leader in providing flexible, high-quality escorted tours that deliver exceptional value.
