Travelsphere and Just You expand their Fam Trip program in 2025 with tailored experiences for agents at different levels, enhancing their skills in selling escorted tours.
Group touring experts Travelsphere and Just You announce their largest Fam Trip programme to date, set to take place in 2025. Building on the success of 2024, which saw five Fam Trips organised for 50 agents, the 2025 programme promises to be even more extensive thanks to a newly-introduced system that organises trips by experience level.
Next year, Travelsphere and Just You will introduce a more in-depth, educational approach to Fam Trips, tailored specifically for varying levels of experience within the travel trade. The new structure will consist of three distinct types of Fam Trips:
- Beginner: For agents who have never sold an escorted tour before.
- Intermediate: For those who sell a small number of tours annually and are eager to expand their business.
- Top Sellers: A special trip designed for agents who excel in selling escorted tours.
This change reflects Travelsphere and Just You’s commitment to becoming the go-to brands for travel agents looking to master the art of selling escorted tours. Each Fam Trip will be thoughtfully designed to align with the agent’s experience level, providing targeted insights into identifying touring customers, effective marketing strategies, and ways to maximise earning potential.
Tom Morgan, UK Trade Sales Director for Travelsphere and Just You, commented: “This new approach to our Fam Trips is part of our ongoing mission to empower our travel agent partners. By both tailoring trips to make them more relevant and increasing the level of training, we ensure that every agent, regardless of their experience, can gain valuable insights that will help them succeed in selling escorted tours.”
Further details on the 2025 Fam Trips will be released later this year, as will more information on the many initiatives Travelsphere and Just You are rolling out to support their valued travel agent partners.
