TUI UK adds 1.1 million seats for summer 2024

TUI will have more than 10 million seats available for the summer, with additional flying from 13 UK airports.

TUI UK recently announced its biggest-ever program for summer 2024, adding 1.1 million seats and at least 11 additional aircraft operating from UK regional airports. The program will offer up to 550,000 additional TUI UK holidays, with more than 10 million seats available for the summer.

TUI will have more than 10 million seats available for the summer, with additional flying from 13 UK airports. It will offer 250,000 additional seats to Turkey, 250,000 to Spain, 250,000 to Greece and Cyprus, 300,000 to North Africa – Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt – and 50,000 to Italy and Croatia.

The main focus of the program will be on increased frequencies to existing destinations, with Turkey, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, North Africa, Italy, and Croatia among the most popular destinations. The program will also include new routes and itineraries on Marella Cruises, providing customers with increased flexibility and choice.

Greece and Cyprus, in particular, will receive an additional 250,000 seats, which will be welcomed by travelers who have been eagerly waiting to visit the popular destinations. With this increased capacity, TUI will be able to offer its customers more departure airports close to home, providing a greater level of convenience and accessibility.

The program will also include additional seats from Glasgow, Birmingham, East Midlands, Newcastle, Manchester, Bournemouth, Bristol, Exeter, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and Cardiff, providing more options for those living in or near these areas.

Andrew Flintham, the Managing Director of TUI UK and Ireland, emphasized that the program was designed to give customers more flexibility and choice. He also noted that TUI would need a bigger Atol license with the holidays they were adding. The program goes on sale from today.

In conclusion, the TUI UK’s summer 2024 program is good news for travelers who are eager to travel to Greece and Cyprus, as it provides them with more options and greater flexibility. With additional seats from regional airports, customers will also have a greater choice of departure points, making their travel experience more convenient and hassle-free.
