LISBON – AIM Group International opens a new office in Porto, Portugal, which will be managed by Nélia Fonte as Business Manager. The goal of the 15 th office of the Group is to expand the area of activity to the North of Portugal, due to the relevance and growth of Porto as destination for events as well as an important scientific and technological hub. Porto hosts outstanding universities, namely the Polytechnic, and is moving forward to becoming an economic centre for the region. With a competitive and business friendly environment, the city was able to create a start-up ecosystem with excellent infrastructures and a strategic position.
Nélia Fonte is a proficient event professional with more than 20 years of experience, who joined AIM Group Portugal in 2020.

Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
