Qatar Airways has relaunched the website of its Privilege Club frequent flyer programme to provide members with greater benefits and easier management of their Privilege Club accounts.
Through the Privilege Club website, qmiles members will be able to log on and check their account balance online, as well as request reward tickets for travel on Qatar Airways and partner airlines.
Members will also be able to review their Privilege Club statements, as well as update their personal profiles and nominate family members into the loyalty club’s family programme.
With a wide range of Qatar Airways destinations to choose from around the world, Privilege Club members have the opportunity to accrue and redeem Qmiles on a global network spanning Europe, Middle East, Africa, Indian subcontinent and the Far East.
Qatar Airways operates scheduled flights from its Doha hub, capital of the State of Qatar, to 69 destinations. Together with its codeshare partners, the airline serves more than 80 cities worldwide.
Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Akbar Al Baker said that Privilege Club had developed in a short few years into one of the biggest airline loyalty schemes in the Middle East.
“We are excited to give our Privilege Club members more benefits through the new website which will vastly improve our service levels to them,” he said.
“As we grow our international network such as the exciting route of Hong Kong being launched in March, Qatar Airways is pleased to be able to provide Privilege Club members with more travel and reward redemption options.”
Added Qatar Airways Senior Manager Loyalty, Iain Webster: “Over the past five years, we have seen our Privilege Club membership database double annually which is fantastic and in line with the tremendous growth Qatar Airways has achieved.”
