Park Plaza County Hall unveils the most unusual requests of 2012

While the concierge at Park Plaza County Hall can accommodate 99.9% of the requests they receive from guests, there were some requests in 2012 that even they couldn't fulfil.

With the Jubilee and the Olympics both happening in London in 2012, a couple of hopeful guests wanted to travel by boat to Buckingham Palace. They were astounded when they were told that they couldn’t travel by boat and nor was there a moat.

A young female guest requested that concierge arrange/recommend a company who would allow her to skydive into central London – preferably Trafalgar Square.

Concierge were unable to source a particular kind of food for one pampered cat and the owner was shocked to find the non-existent food was unable to be couriered weekly to Egypt by Park Plaza County Hall.

“We love taking care of our guests and nothing makes us happier than getting great seats to a musical or making reservations at a restaurant that a guest hasn’t been able to get through to, but this year we’ve had some extremely interesting requests! We’re looking forward to seeing what 2013 brings, our guests never fail to surprise us,” said Simon Mahon, General Manager of Park Plaza County Hall.
