The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA<.>) is challenging the amusement industry to seek the power of the ring and enter the 2001 Brass Rings Awards Competition.



The Brass Rings Awards honors originality and creative excellence in marketing among professionals in the amusement industry, and all eligible IAAPA members are encouraged to enter. Winners for this prestigious competition will be announced at IAAPA Orlando 2001, during the Brass Ring Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, November 13, 2001 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.



The Brass Ring Awards are recognized throughout the amusement industry as one of the highest honors marketers can receive, shared Janice Witherow, Chairman of the 2001 Brass Ring Awards Committee, The entries get better and better each year, and it is a great honor for a park or facility to take one home!



Entries are divided into the following classifications: Amusement/Theme Park, Waterpark, Attraction, Family Entertainment Center, and Industry Supplier.



Categories for the competition are Brochure, Print Advertisement, Outdoor Signage, Point of Purchase Signage, Media Kit, Television Commercial, Radio Commercial, Sales Presentation or Promotional Video and Website.



All entries must be submitted to IAAPA by August 1, 2001.
