Armin Meier, member of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives and head of its Logistics and IT department, is to leave Migros at the end of this year. He will take up the post of CEO of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd on 1 February 2005.
The Board of Directors of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd elected Mr Meier as the company`s new CEO in September 2004.
As previously announced, current CEO Hans Lerch will be proposed for election to the Board of Directors of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in April 2005.
