TheTrainline announce the appointment of Ian Chaplin, previously Head of UK Distribution at Eurostar, to the role of Projects and Implementation Manager within TheTrainline`s Corporate Sales Team.
Ian`s remit involves working alongside the sales team, managing the execution of projects and services, as well as providing training and support so that clients obtain maximum benefits from TheTrainline`s corporate services.
Commenting on his move, Ian says: I am delighted to have joined TheTrainline and have already started working with two of our biggest clients, ensuring they know how to get the best from the services we provide. Every day is exciting and it is really fulfilling when clients start to see the tangible benefits of signing up with us. I`m very much looking forward to helping drive the business forward.

Prior to joining TheTrainline, Ian spent nine years at Eurostar in a variety of roles, including customer service, managing and maintaining the Eurostar website, and, more recently, as Head of UK Distribution. He also spent time at Thomas Cook and 3 Seasons as a travel rep.
