VIP Investment Corporation, channel marketing provider committed to being `the number one producer of reservations and profitability per client` for hotels, car rental companies, and regional airlines, is creating the CARS Business Unit: a standalone, semi-autonomous entity operating separately from the rest of VIP`s business areas in order to create a lean, responsive and adaptive team that is highly cross-trained, cross-utilized and wholly focused on Auto-Rental clients and their goals. Currently in progress, the launch of the new CARS Business Unit is July 15, 2004.
We`ve been helping car rental clients for years, and now we`re providing even greater focus for this unique segment by launching a business unit, said VIP President, Kelly Blake. We believe this will improve the results our clients receive and lay a foundation for us to offer solutions internationally. Traditionally, car rental companies have not had a channel marketing and revenue service focused on their specific needs. Blake noted that VIP is an industry leader in creating a unit concentrating all its efforts on the car rental industry.
Former car rental company owner and now VIP`s Vice-President of Cars Jerry Martin stated, I`m excited to launch this new business unit that will have all company resources focused in the same team. This will allow for greater communication between the various members of our company who service car rental clients. As a previous client of VIP, I know that this will allow us to achieve an even greater level of service as we help independent car rental operators drive more revenue to their locations.
