Delivering maximum regional exposure for suppliers and qualified buyers in eight key cities, the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International`s (HSMAI) Meetings Quest begins its coast to coast series of fall trade shows in St. Louis on September 9, 2003.

For more than two decades now, HSMAI Meetings Quest has offered exhibitors outstanding opportunities to do business with meeting professionals, showcase new products and services, advertise new renovations and ideas, and discuss industry trends.

The schedule for the 2003 Meetings Quest shows is:

  • September 9: St. Louis

  • September 18: Boston

  • October 7: Atlanta

  • October 23: Minneapolis

  • October 30: Chicago

  • November 6: Dallas

  • November 25: Washington, DC

  • December 11: Anaheim

HSMAI Meetings Quest trade shows are strategically designed in a convenient, efficient and productive one-day format. The seminars, luncheon, trade show and reception promote positive interaction and face-to-face networking throughout the day.

We can never underestimate the value of face-to-face marketing, which is especially critical in today`s tough selling environment, states Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHA, president and CEO of HSMAI. These regional forums are ideal in that they deliver maximum exposure for buyers and sellers all in one place, and all in one day, he added.

We are thrilled to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Meetings Quest trade shows, said Barbara Cox-Dunn, president, James T. Dunn Enterprises Inc. We are proud of the success of the show series and how it continuously serves the needs of the hospitality industry, she added.

In addition, exhibitors can take advantage of the following pre-show promotional tools and marketing strategies to enhance presence and post-show follow-ups with the following exhibitor benefits that are included in participation:

  • Online: Client Database Access

  • Prospect Mailing List

  • Detailed Attendee Profiles

  • Listing In Resource Guides
