Since its launch in 2021 by Preferred Travel Group, Beyond Green has experienced a steady growth of diverse accommodations that each uphold rigorous sustainability standards across environmentally friendly practices, support for natural and cultural heritage, the social and economic wellbeing of local communities, and sustainable tourism management. Through partnerships with like-minded properties and thought leaders, the brand aims to support and amplify the impactful work of its member hotels that are walking the walk of sustainability leadership around the world. Similarly, andBeyond has demonstrated a deep commitment to sustainability since its inception in 1991, pioneering initiatives in community-based conservation, wildlife protection, and environmental stewardship. Together, Beyond Green and andBeyond are proud to harness the power of sustainable tourism partnership and collaboration to scale collective positive impact and champion travel as a force for good.

“Through this forward-looking approach with andBeyond, we are uniquely positioned to effect meaningful change in the tourism sector, inspiring travelers to embark on journeys that prioritize sustainability and the protection of our planet,” said Lindsey Ueberroth, CEO of Beyond Green. “There is no better or more critical time than now for us to unite and build a better, brighter future for all.”

These original four properties will be joined by 23 others including the newly launched andBeyond Punakha River Lodge in Bhutan, the recently renovated andBeyond Phinda Forest Lodge in South Africa, and andBeyond Ngala Tented Camp in South Africa, which will reopen in September. Upon passing a Beyond Green on-site inspection led by a third-party sustainable tourism expert, the 23 lodges and camps listed below will become bookable on Beyond Green’s ‘Hotels’ page on These inspections have already commenced and are scheduled to take place on a rolling basis over the next 12 months.
