Last winter a series of seminars were conducted with the aim of adding to staff member`s strengths and furthering their specialised skills. A total of 700 staff members participated, 250 of whom were trained in computer use, 190 attended foreign language classes, 190 took part in a two-day seminar entitled People first while seminars focusing on certain departments were also held. A four-day seminar aimed at improving human communication was also staged.
