Carlson Hotels Worldwide, parent company of Radisson Hotels & Resorts, honored the Radisson Hotel Utica Centre with the Pinnacle award, as the top-performing President`s Award winning Radisson hotel for 2005 at the Carlson hotel group`s annual business conference held recently in Las Vegas.
Radisson Hotels & Resorts awarded 68 of its more than 200 hotels and resorts in the Americas, Asia Pacific and a portion of the United Kingdom, with the prestigious annual President`s Award. The Radisson Hotel Utica Centre, was recognized by company leaders as the best of the best with the coveted Pinnacle Award.
The President`s and Pinnacle award-winning hotels excelled in property quality and cleanliness, property management, marketing and sales, leveraging the revenue generating tools of the brand and delivering total guest satisfaction.
