CNG Travel Group plc, announced a major expansion of its private rate hotel programme inventory. It has added Best Western, with more than 4,100 hotels, after signing a new preferred distribution agreement.

The agreement reinforces CNG’s market position, establishing it as one of the world’s largest private rate hotel booking programmes with over 25,000 participating hotels. CNG’s programme allows Best Western member hotels to maintain all-important control over rates so brand integrity is not compromised. Our success in expanding hotel inventory without compromising hotel brand integrity is paralleled by CNG signing more travel agencies, technology partners and affiliates like airlines. We hope to announce further agreements in the coming months as we continue to build our hotel reservations programme.”

Beth Delci, Managing Director of eBusiness, Best Western International, said: “Best Western has developed a distribution strategy that establishes preferredrelationships with key partners such as CNG.
