Expedia has been named ‘Best On-line Travel Agent’ at the 22nd Annual TTG Awards 2011. This prestigious trade award, presented by TTG Publishing, honours top names in Asia Pacific’s travel industry based on voting by readers of TTG Asia, TTG China, TTGmice and TTG-BTmice.
Expedia scooped the top travel agent title, for the second year running, based on professionalism and excellence in staff, best value-added services to consumers and best use of technology in improving service efficiency and effectiveness.
