HotelQuando.com expands to the United States

Leading Brazilian online hotel booking company announces U.S. launch.

SAO PAOLO, BRAZIL – HotelQuando.com, an online site and App that allows consumers the flexibility to instantly book hotel rooms by blocks of three, six, nine and twelve hours, announces plans to expand its footprint to the United States. The company, which launched in 2014 in Brazil and has to date over 600 hotel partners nationwide, will begin offering its services in the U.S. market due to an increase demand for hotel-by-the-hour booking platforms.

“The hotel industry is changing, and in response HotelQuando uses technology to meet the needs of consumers and at the same time create a new source of revenue for our hotel partners by filling their empty rooms,” said Founder Max Campos. “We are looking for our partners to reach untapped markets with tremendous potential like the young professional prepping for a meeting, and the corporate on-the-go traveler looking for a place to recharge while waiting for their next flight,” he added.

In the United States, HotelQuando has the goal to sign 500 new partner hotels in main cities and airports by the end of the year. Their background working with large hospitality chains in Brazil such as AccorHotels, Atlantica Hotels, BHG and Transamerica and a business plan that projects a booking revenue gain of $100,000+ and additional food and beverage revenue of $30,000 a year for hotel partners gives them the backbone to do so.

As part of their launch plans, HotelQuando will be offering a special “preferred partner” program to new members. The first 100 hotels to sign up for the platform will receive search rank priority during the first partnership year, a custom website equipped for sales by the hour and inclusion in special sales and press initiatives.
