Jebel Ali International Hotels puts the spotlight on recently announced projects at ATM 2005

Jebel Ali International Hotels, will exhibit its existing entities along with several new projects at this year`s Arabian Travel Market.

Now in its 12th year, the Arabian Travel Market is universally recognised as the leading travel industry event for the Middle East and pan-Arab world. As it remains the premier regional business forum for inbound, outbound and intra-regional tourism, there exist few other better podiums from which to present the myriad of exciting projects Jebel Ali International Hotels has embarked on since last year`s ATM.

General Manager Gerhard Hardick explains the essence of the company`s development within the last year: We have not only concluded 2004 with outstanding results, but already 2005 have seen Jebel Ali International Hotels launch several new additions to its already existing first-class facilities. In February we opened The Spa, our new wellness facility at the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa, and two weeks ago we announced the development of the Jebel Ali International Shooting Club and Centre of Excellence.

While The Spa has already proved its reputation as an extraordinary purpose-built holistic wellness venue, it is the Centre of Excellence and its accompanying Sports Academy that is all the hype at present. The facility, which will be intricately linked to the future of business and sports development in the region, will provide training facilities and activities for sports clubs, schools and corporate businesses from across the globe.

Developed in conjunction with football legends Viv Anderson and Tony Woodcock of My Sports, this new facility is set to be completed by September 2005. The Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa, already the natural choice for professional sports people due to the wide array of recreational facilities, will at the time of opening be the only Resort in Dubai able to provide the essential criteria for a successful `warm weather training camp`. The core of the Academy will be a grassed area under floodlights, which is large enough to hold two full sized soccer pitches and associated changing facilities.

Along with the stated groundbreaking projects, Jebel Ali International Hotels will also focus on the company`s existing portfolio, which includes the luxurious Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa, the Oasis Beach Hotel, the mountain retreat Hatta Fort Hotel and the elegant dining cruise vessel Bateaux Dubai.

With its unique positioning as the only cruise experience on Dubai Creek featuring an onboard a-la-Carte kitchen, which freshly prepares gourmet cuisine, Bateaux Dubai is fast becoming the only choice for the discerning incentive and group organiser.
