Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has arranged the sale of The Park Hotel on behalf of their client Park Hotel Group, Ltd. to JWM Enterprises, an entity wholly owned by the Marriott family.
“The Park Hotel benefits from its location in the SouthPark submarket, one of the top ranked office markets in Charlotte,” said Jeffrey Davis, vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in New York. “With leading companies, such as Coca-Cola Consolidated, Piedmont Natural Gas and Nucor Steel in the vicinity, demand for office space within the market is expected to remain strong.”
“We are pleased to have sold the hotel to the Marriott family,” said Alan Tantleff, an executive vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in New York. “They had a strategic need for this asset, and it was immediately rebranded as a Marriott Hotel.”
