For the fifth year in a row, Marriott Internation, Inc. has been named to Latina Style magazine`s list of the 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the U.S., according to the August issue.
Marriott was recognized for its continued commitment to diversity and women`s leadership. For example, to encourage the advancement of women, Marriott conducts women`s leadership conferences, offers tuition reimbursement, and has an on-site childcare center.
Brendan Keegan, Marriott`s executive vice president for human resources, said the company was proud to be included in the high-profile list and to reach the milestone of being recognized in each of the last five years. We are gratified that Latina Style has acknowledged the progress we`ve made, and we will continue to develop significant opportunities for advancement into the management level for our associates.
