Working in co-operation with H.T.M.S. International, the international hotel chain of Movenpick recently opened two new regional sales offices in Madrid/Spain and Milan/Italy. At the same time, additional employees have been appointed to work at the sales offices in France, Germany and United Kingdom. Within Switzerland, the new position of Sales Director Switzerland has also been created.
Ana Reino, General Manager of H.T.M.S. Iberia has with immediate effect been appointed the new General Sales Agent for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. She has represented a number of distinguished hotels and international hotel groups in Spain since the year 2000 and has wide-ranging experience of the tourist industry. She will be assisted by Renato Giordano, Sales Manager.
In Milan, Emanuele Nasti has been given responsibility for the Italian market. As the one-time General Manager and Regional Executive Director of four hotels on the Maldives, Nasti brings long-standing professional experience of the hotel sector, and has worked as General Manager for H.T.M.S. International Italy since 2003. In his position as General Sales Agent Italy of Movenpick Hotels & Resorts, he will be supported by Laura Cambiaghi.
Kai Schomann, Director of hotel republic, and representative of Movenpick Hotels & Resorts in the United Kingdom since the beginning of 2005, has also been provided with additional support: Nicolas Nicolaou recently joined his team as Sales Executive.
In Switzerland, Rolf Kochl has been appointed as the new Sales Director Switzerland. He has extensive sales experience, most recently holding the position of Regional Sales Director, Switzerland and Italy, at Radisson SAS. In his new function he will be responsible for co-ordinating the local sales teams at Movenpick hotels in Egerkingen, Zurich-Airport, Zurich-Regensdorf, Lausanne and Geneva.
Peter Keller, who has worked as Regional Director of Sales at Head Office since 2001, has now also been given responsibility for Eastern European markets in addition to Austria and the Swiss outgoing market.
