The festivities will be under the banner of culinary art, and will give guests the opportunity to discover the sophisticated cuisine of an exceptional trio of Top Chefs: Eric Frechon, Eric Desbordes, and Laurent Jeannin.
MARRAKECH – Palais Namaskar’s first anniversary on 6th April 2013 will be the occasion to celebrate a year of success. In just one year of operation, the hotel has already received the most coveted awards in the tourism industry. To mention a few, Palais Namaskar has been designated “Hotel of the Year” by Harper’s Bazaar 2013 hot list, it has been named one of the “101 best hotels in the world in 2013” by Tatler magazine and has been awarded “New Build of the Year 2012” by the European Hospitality Awards.
The festivities will be under the banner of culinary art, and will give guests the opportunity to discover the sophisticated cuisine of an exceptional trio of Top Chefs: Eric Frechon, the Chef of Le Bristol’s gastronomic restaurant “Epicure”; Eric Desbordes who supervises the 114 Faubourg restaurant, Le Bristol’s brasserie de luxe which recently acquired a Michelin Star, and Laurent Jeannin, the Pastry Chef of Le Bristol Paris, who was elected Pastry Chef of the Year in 2011. Together they will oversee the kitchen of the restaurant Le Namaskar for one week, bringing their passion for French gastronomy to Morocco.
The week will culminate in a Gala Dinner on April 6th orchestrated by these tenors of French gastronomy. The guests will enjoy a starter created by Chef Eric Desbordes, two main courses prepared by the Chefs Eric Frechon and Antoine Perray, and to finish, they will be invited to savour the gourmet dessert of Chef Laurent Jeannin.
Christo Z. and Jalil and B. Palais Namaskar’s resident DJs will provide as their usual warm and festive atmosphere throughout the night.
