Park Inn, the upcoming mid-market hotel brand of Rezidor SAS Hospitality, signed an agreement for the development of its first hotel in Sarvar, Hungary. The hotel will open end of 2005.
The Park Inn Sarvar, will be newly built and once ready will be one of the leading hotels in the spa-city. The hotel will be connected to the
new state-of-the-art Sarvar Spa that offers indoor and outdoor spa facilities as well as an extensive wellness complex. The Park Inn will
offer 220 rooms, all overlooking the gardens and the nearby lakes.

Food & Beverage facilities in the Park Inn Sarvar will include a restaurant, a brasserie, a lobby bar and a coffee shop with a terrace.
The meeting & conference facilities will cater for up to 300 guests.
Parking will be available for up to 200 cars.
