JW Marriott Dubai has installed MagiNet Laptop Connectivity (MLC). This is a solution that provides High Speed Internet access from all the guest rooms, meeting rooms, Business Centre, Executive Lounge and other areas like the lobby and the swimming pool.
All guests have the option to access the internet from the comfort of their room and browse, surf and E-mail at their convenience. Net access is available for a minimum of one day with a fixed charge and guests can utilize their access any number of times throughout their stay in all areas of the hotel.
For guests who do not carry laptops or network card, they can access the Internet in the Business Centre on hourly charge basis or can also rent a laptop and/or wireless cards from the hotel.
For the meeting rooms and the conference facilities a total Plug & Play ® solution has been employed and is fully equipped to support High Speed Internet that includes access of the guests’ local VPN’s via the leased line backbone infrastructure.
