3Sixty bolsters its executive team with Dan Duryea as CFO and Shannon Hickey as VP of Global Services, aiming to drive financial and client service excellence.

SEATTLE – Corporate accommodation and relocation platform 3Sixty has announced two new strategic hires with the appointment of Dan Duryea to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Shannon Hickey to Vice President of Global Services.

Dan Duryea is responsible for the company’s financial strategy and management while Shannon Hickey is responsible for overall client and guest satisfaction. With a strong background in corporate finance in the commercial real estate, property development and proptech sectors, Dan brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, strategic initiatives and M&A. He has held CFO roles at both large public and pre-IPO companies, including Senior Vice President of Finance at Colliers International, CFO of Ten-X Commercial, and CFO of House of Design Robotics.

Dan Duryea, CFO at 3Sixty, said: “3Sixty is a company that has developed a well-earned reputation as a global leader in corporate housing, so I am truly honored to contribute to its continued success and innovation. As CFO, I look forward to building on our strong financial strategies to support our ambitious goals and ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.”

Shannon Hickey joined 3Sixty in February and is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of client and guest experience strategies and initiatives. She brings with her more than 10 years experience in Customer Success for SaaS platforms and a deep-seated passion for delivering a best-in-class client experience. Shannon Hickey, Vice President of Global Services, commented: “3Sixty is already renowned for its exceptionally high standards, and I am thrilled to be joining a team so deeply committed to excellence. I look forward to applying my expertise as the company embarks on this latest chapter of growth and, crucially, continued innovation – setting a new standard in the corporate housing sector.”

The new hires come as 3Sixty enters its latest stage of growth, with the platform having secured a number of major RFPs in recent months. It was also recognized in a number of prestigious awards last year, which saw it win the Graebel Companies Inc. Choice Award for Relocation Services America and the APEX award, as well as the CHPA Tower of Excellence’s Best Innovation Award.

Carrie Hartman, President of 3Sixty, said: “Dan and Shannon’s appointments mark a major milestone for 3Sixty as we continue to draw on the expertise of our industry’s best and brightest to strengthen our overall offer. I have no doubt that their deep knowledge, experience and passion for excellence will enable us to reach new heights.”

Lee Curtis, CEO of 3Sixty, added: “We are immensely proud to welcome Dan and Shannon to the team. Their expertise will prove invaluable as we continue to lead and innovate within the corporate housing sector. With these latest strategic hires, we can maintain our momentum in pushing the boundaries of what is possible in business travel and relocation services.”
