The Taba blasts on Thursday did not affect the influx of tourists into Sinai, Minister of Tourism Ahmed el-Maghrabi said.
These tragic incidents had no impact on tourism as a Considerable number of tourists are staying in Taba to continue their vacations, El—Maghrabi told reporters.
Egypt is now concerned with helping the victims of Thursday`s bomb attacks, which would not have any negative impact on holiday bookings, he added.
Taba would soon recover as a tourist destination because Egyptian tourism has overcome similar problems which were more than the bombings, the minister said, adding that his ministry and the authorities concerned were coordinating efforts to repair the hotel that was damaged by explosions.
