APG$-GA expands the global reach and membership of the IBCS programme

APG-Global Associates (APG-GA), the largest IBCS global provider with  more than 690 active IBCS BSP contracts for over 120 different airlines  has added eight new air carriers to its portfolio and extended the contracts of thirteen existing airline clients. IBCS is a variable cost, "Pay as you Earn" bank settlement programme  developed jointly by IATA and APG-GA to facilitate the entry of airlines into IATA Billing and Settlement Plans (BSPs) in both "online" and "offline" markets. APG-GA members can introduce any airline into IBCS for all 83 IATA BSPs worldwide.

Airlines who have recently joined the IBCS program include: Malev Hungarian Airlines, Air Uganda, Phoebus Apollo Aviation, Blue Air, Flexlight, Marshland Aviation, Next Jet and Romavia. These companies will be activated in more than 30 BSPs around the world, opening up new direct revenue opportunities.

IBCS contract extensions for additional BSPs have also been signed for Aigle Azur, Antrak Air Ghana, Cimber Air, Malmo Aviation, NACIL – Indian Airlines, Siberia Airlines, Transaero Airlines, and UTair Aviation; Corsair (2 BSPs), Hewa Bora Airways (3 BSPs), Aerosur (5 BSPs), Baboo (6 BSPs) and Compagnie Arienne du Mali (CAM- 7 BSPs).
