The Caribbean Tourism Organization Foundation will honor past chairmen and major contributors to the CTO Foundation and the Audrey Palmer Hawks Memorial Scholarship Fund at the CTO Foundation Cocktail Reception, Auction & Awards Dinner to be held Feb. 10, 2006, at the Copacabana in New York City. Proceeds generated from the auction and dinner will go towards educational scholarships for Caribbean nationals interested in pursuing careers in the tourism industry.
The gala event will recognize those individuals and companies who have been instrumental in donating their time and money to the CTO Foundation, which has provided over 90 scholarships and study grants in the amount of US$500,000 since 1998.
