London, UK – easyJet<.> started operating its winter timetable from Sunday (28 October). EasyJet`s winter 2001-02 flying programme incorporates a number of important enhancements to some of company`s most popular routes. These improvements have been facilitated by the arrival of more brand new aircraft, which has allowed easyJet to increase the number of flights it operates.



Some of the changes of the winter 2001-02 flying programme are the following:


London Luton – Edinburgh & Glasgow: now seven flights every weekday

London Gatwick – Amsterdam: now four daily flights, including a new early morning service from Gatwick

London Gatwick – Geneva: third daily flight starts 13 December

Belfast – Edinburgh: now three daily flights

London Luton – Geneva: fourth daily flight starts 13 December. Plus extra flights from both Luton and Liverpool during the ski season


In addition, easyJet improved the timings of flights on several other popular routes. easyJet now operates almost 200 flights a day across 16 key European destinations in six countries, with further expansion planned as the fleet continues to grow.
