Mercimin a Netherlands based real estate development group is currently developing a 6 star hospitality complex. This complex will be based in the greater Amsterdam area and close to Schiphol airport. The Complex will be easily accessible by air, land and maybe even by sea. Overall the region is one of the most accessible locations in the Netherlands as well as in Europe. Due to recent economic impacts including the global price of oil and the strength of the Euro currency, inter-European travel, business and leisure, is becoming more and more popular. In regards to inter-European travel, the Netherlands rank in the top ten destinations of European travellers and within the top 15 among global travellers. This makes the Amsterdam area a prime location for the informed traveller. Its proximity to the major metropolitan areas of Europe like Brussels, Paris, London, Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin, will make the Condo/Hotel and Conference Convention Centre Complex a place for both the business and non-business traveller and offer the possibility of ownership of an apartment with 6-star service in the complex.

The complex will consist of the first 6-star hotel and apartment building with 6-star service. The total number of apartments will be 500+. The complex will also consist of a Conference Convention Centre capable of hosting conferences up to 8000+ attendees.Mercimin plans to add a training & business centre for one of Netherlands largest industry holding companies which would be an addition to the Conference Centre. A unique and breathtaking architectural design will create a new landmark for the Amsterdam area.

In addition to bringing an upscale 6 Star Hotel to the area, the complex will ease the current pressure on the conference room market and by adding fully serviced apartments for temporary and permanent residence, the project will attract consumers and as well as upscale tourists. But the most important factor is that the new complex will create 500-750 new jobs and will become a driving factor in the economic development of the area in which it will be built.

Several major international hotel management and conference centres management groups have shown great interested in these development plans as well as major investors.
