MyTravel Group plc announces that it has reached agreement in principle on the extension of £221.6 million of Convertible Bonds (being the outstanding amount of the MyTravel Group plc £300 million 5.75% subordinated convertible bonds due 2004 – the “Bonds”) with an ad hoc committee of holders of the Bonds.
