Trondent Development Corp., a leading provider of web-based software applications and data management services to the global meetings and travel industry, announced the release of GroupFARE Analyzer, a browser-based destination costing analysis tool. GroupFARE Analyzer enables meeting and event professionals to quickly and cost-effectively produce airfare analysis reports for informed decision making on the most cost effective meeting destinations.
Users build a query by inserting origin and destination markets, date ranges and the number of travelers departing from each city. Each query may contain a maximum of 50 origins and 5 destinations. Based on this set of criteria, GroupFARE Analyzer robotically conducts GDS airfare calls, thereby collecting public and private tariffs associated with multiple airfare categories. Within minutes, a weighted average airfare report is produced in either a PDF or XLS file format that identifies the most cost effective destinations to host a meeting.

GroupFARE Analyzer, currently only available to Sabre subscribers, will eventually support Abacus, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo and Worldspan.
