The Niseko Live app creates new exposure opportunity for locak and Niseko related companies

The app includes live lift information, a weather feed, a detailed restaurant directory and locator as well as an instant notification feature which allows businesses to send promotion, event or news messages direct to the users anytime.

NISEKO, JAPAN – The Niseko Live app, which launched in December 2012, allows companies to engage directly with guest’s pre-arrival, in resort and post departure with a number of dynamic features.

The app includes live lift information, a weather feed, a detailed restaurant directory and locator as well as an instant notification feature which allows businesses to send promotion, event or news messages direct to the users anytime.

Another innovative feature allows companies to sponsor prizes which are loaded onto the app and users stand a chance to win daily prizes by simply entering through the app within a prescribed time frame. This feature allows the sponsoring company to engage (via the app and social media) with the user and drive business through the door. The prize feature also offers a wider appeal to stores and sponsors out of the resort who are able to offer deals and prizes in the home country to the growing base of international users.

“Sharing of information and exposing services, restaurants and other locally based companies to guest’s pre and in resort remains a challenge and the Niseko Live App provides a viable, effective channel to do so” says Greg Hough – co owner of Niseko LIVE.
