Transaero Airlines will start scheduled nonstop flights between Moscow and Taipei on July 2, 2014.
MOSCOW – The UN505/506 weekly flight will be operated from Vnukovo International Airport, Moscow, onboard Boeing 767-300 according to the following schedule (all times local):
Departure from Moscow on Wednesdays at 15.00, arrival in Taipei at 06.50 the next day. Departure from Taipei on Thursdays at 09.40, arrival in Moscow at 17.30.
Transaero Airlines carried out its maiden flight from Moscow to the Taiwan’s administrative center Taipei in 2002.
Transaero is the only carrier to carry out nonstop flights on the Moscow-Taipei route. These services are of significant importance for the Taiwanese travelling to the leisure destinations during the summer season – to Moscow or to Europe via Moscow as well as for the Russians willing to spend their vacations in Taiwan.
Transaero Airlines also offers its clients connecting flights between Taipei and Moscow under the codeshare agreement with China Airlines.
