This winter 2006/07, NCL celebrates the inaugural season of its newest cruise ship Norwegian Pearl. After crossing the Atlantic Ocean, the new NCL Freestyle Cruising resort will start on December 02, 2006 with its various cruises to the Southern, Western and Eastern Caribbean from/to Miami. Currently under construction in the German Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Norwegian Pearl will continue the successful Norwegian Jewel serial and will offer all the amenities and innovations of NCL Freestyle Cruising just like her sister ships Norwegian Jewel and Pride of Hawai’i.
On her maiden voyage on December 02, 2006, Norwegian Pearl takes travellers from Dover across the Atlantic to Miami. On December 22, Norwegian Pearl starts a seven-night Christmas cruise from Miami to the Eastern Caribbean.
Between January 05 and April 13, NCL offers alternating five- and nine-night cruises from the Sunshine State Florida to the Southern and Western Caribbean.
