The contract was already concluded in 2001 and comprised the development of comprehensive, specific upgrades for the Swiss bank. Meanwhile the new solution is successfully operating at numerous locations. In September 2002, all locations integrated by then, will be equipped with the latest CCM version. Currently, CCM is employed in more than 22 companies, managing more than 500 meeting rooms. – It is planned to have 10 more locations controlled by CCM until end of 2002.
Hogatex CCM is the product relaunch of the former Conference & Banqueting program, which is mainly used for event management and banqueting organisation on the hotel sector.
Features especially developed for the Swiss company include – among other things – the Quick Reservation. This feature uses a floor plan integration facility to provide a direct availability overview. Room occupancy is shown on the basis of a traffic light signalling system: red means a room is occupied and green indicates that a room is vacant. An automatic alarm function guarantees that a customer is never kept waiting for more than five minutes (for example) for his investment adviser. Due to a tree management – analogous to the tree structure of the MicrosoftTM Explorer – rooms can be reserved on a cross-branch basis fast and easily. The unrestricted graphical compatibility allows a so-called hot spot navigation for every single branch office. Maps are integrated as well, so that the user may switch to various regions and subsidiaries easily via mouse click.
