WestJet Vacations announced the results of a study showing it has the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty among the six most widely used tour operators in Canada
Conducted by Leger Marketing on behalf of WestJet Vacations, the survey was conducted across Canada in June and July 2012. WestJet Vacations scored higher than the other vacation companies for overall satisfaction, likelihood to recommend and customer service. WestJet Vacations was also rated as the most trusted vacation company.

Canadian travel agents have also voted the WestJet Vacations website the best among approximately 20 tour operators. The distinction is part of the annual Baxter Travel Media Agents’ Choice Awards, and it comes following an extensive redesign of the website in 2011 intended to improve its content, navigation and functionality.
