Letting agency launches new service to help holidaymakers make the best of a British break.
Holiday letting agency cottages4you has announced the launch of a brand new service to help holidaymakers experience life as a local during their next UK break.
Five Go Local Gurus have been appointed to provide customers with recommendations relevant to their chosen holiday destination, including the best places to visit, eat and drink, helping them to discover the hidden British gems that make for a truly authentic regional experience.
Currently trialling in Scottish Highlands, Northumberland, Norfolk, Cornwall and Pembrokeshire in Wales, each Guru will provide on-the-ground advice and insider tips, in addition to answering customer queries throughout a programme of interactive activities rolling out during the summer.
Part of cottages4you’s regional network of local experts across the UK, the Go Local Gurus are the latest addition to its campaign which aims to champion the independent businesses that help make people’s holidays memorable.
cottages4you has also recently launched a Go Local widget hosted on its website, offering a collection of independent recommendations of places to go and things to do close to the properties in its portfolio. It supports the Gurus by providing customers with inspiring tips on what to do while you’re away and is designed to ensure holidaymakers make the most of their break and share their favourite experiences with future travellers.
