Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has named Jeffrey Davis vice president. Based in New York, Mr. Davis will be responsible for working with the firm`s New York and national team on investment sales transactions, focusing on joint venture equity, development and conversion projects.



Jeff has significant hotel transaction, development and operational experience, as well as an investment banking background and relationships throughout the lodging industry. Jeff will complement our New York and national team by relying on his years of diverse experience to provide creatively structured transactions to meet our clients` objectives, said Arthur Adler, managing director and CEO-Americas for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.



Mr. Davis has more than 12 years of real estate development and finance experience. Most recently, he oversaw asset management and business development for Ian Schrager Hotels. Prior to that, Mr. Davis held positions at Cape Advisors, a New York real estate development company, Salomon Smith Barney`s real estate investment banking group, and Arthur Anderson`s National Hospitality Consulting Group for the U.S. and Caribbean. Mr. Davis has an MBA in real estate finance and strategic planning from the Anderson School UCLA and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University`s School of Hotel Administration.
