Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels had arranged the sale of the 244-room Westward Look Resort in Tucson, Arizona on behalf of Boutique Hotel Company – Westward Look, LLC to American Property Hospitality Management, LLC for $31 million.

“The resort was acquired by American Property Hospitality Management (“APHM”), an affiliate of American Property Management Corporation (“APMC”) and is poised to capitalize on a host of potential value enhancement opportunities inherent at the property. Arizona is also one of the most vibrant resort investment markets in the nation given its collection of upscale golf and spa oriented inventory with very stable supply and demand fundamentals for the foreseeable future,” said John Strauss, executive vice president, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.
