Ragatz Associates will host their second European Fractional Interest Symposium at the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I, Barcelona, Spain, Oct. 27-28, 2005.
The symposium will focus on the luxury leisure real estate category which includes various products such as fractionals, private residence clubs, condo hotels and whole-ownership condomiums.
The symposium will be of interest to European and Middle East developers, financiers, marketers and real estate owners and managers.
