Vacation.com, North America’s leading travel services marketing organization, welcomes its latest Preferred Supplier, Newwest Special Projects LP, an Edmonton, Alberta-based special events travel company. Newwest will provide member agencies with a unique solution for clients seeking transportation and accommodations to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver.
In partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), Newwest will offer special Olympic lodging onboard the Norwegian Star. The ship will be docked on the North Shore, directly across from world-famous Stanley Park, for the duration of the 2010 Winter Games.

Three or four-night packages are available starting at $1,050 per person double occupancy from February 10th to March 2nd, filling the ship’s 1,119 staterooms with nearly 9,000 guests during the games. Each passenger will enjoy complimentary transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to and from the Sea Bus Terminal, a major transportation hub, to reach sporting venues throughout the city and in the nearby mountains.
