Venuefinder.com decides to close blue&green directory to concentrate on digital

The closure gives the venuefinder.com team the opportunity to utilise their resource and energy into its digital products, which will be able to grow and develop to support the needs of professional event organisers for the future.

LONDON – Venuefinder.com, the largest venue finding directory in the UK, has decided to stop printing its blue&green directory from 2014.

Venuefinder.com/blue&green was established in 1978 and is known as the venue bible for the event industry, providing a fantastic resource to event organisers looking for a venue in the UK.

The closure gives the venuefinder.com team the opportunity to utilise their resource and energy into its digital products, which will be able to grow and develop to support the needs of professional event organisers for the future.

Venuefinder.com recently launched its venue finder app which is available for iPhone, iPad and Android, allowing users to search its 15,000 venue database on the go, whether they are online or offline.

The last venuefinder.com/blue&green just went to press and will be available from the end of December 2013.
