Cologne Convention Bureau presents relaunch of its website

Cologne Convention Bureau

The website’s visuals have been aligned with the corporate identity of the Cologne Tourist Board and presents itself in a fresh and unified look.

COLOGNE – The Cologne Convention Bureau (CCB) is announcing the relaunch of its website, which now has an innovative look and offers a broad spectrum of new functions for event planners and for its MICE-partners. Thus the relaunch of the new website also enhances the CCB’s internal and external impact as a knowledge hub.

The innovations include optimized navigation and a user experience that is customized to meet the users’ needs.

One of the highlights of the relaunch is the new conference planner module. Thanks to optimized filter options, specialized selection criteria such as sustainability and accessibility can be taken into account when a user is scouting for venues. This offers event planners a better overview and the ability to compare different venues. A special landing page also enables providers of event services to search for suitable options in areas such as caterers, furniture hire and much more. Checklists and tips on event planning provide additional input.

The new partner model offers the Cologne hotel trade and providers of event services more flexible entry options and exclusive additional offers for their own marketing campaigns. These additional offers, which can be booked as add-ons, include facilitating shared participation in trade fairs, conducting familiarization trips and more. Users now also have the opportunity to create profile texts with support from AI tools and to update their website entries independently at any time.

Another innovation presented by the CCB is the Kuoni Tumlare Congress, a new service provider for hotel contingents. This cooperation makes it possible to reserve hotel contingents efficiently and integrate this process into the corporate design of the respective event website in a user-friendly manner. As always, the CCB offers this service to event planners free of charge.

Through all of these innovations, the Cologne Convention Bureau is setting new benchmarks for the provision of information and services for event planners and the CCB’s partners, thus enriching the congress and conference landscape in Cologne.
