The International Hotel & Restaurant Association will commemorate its 41st Annual Congress in Istanbul Turkey from 19-22 November. Themed Building Business – Building Partnerships, the Congress includes a 1-1/2 day Conference with VIP travel, tourism and hospitality industry leaders speaking on maximizing synergies with tried and true business partners, as well as new and emerging ones.
