South African hospitality can already be experienced on the SAA flight to the land of the Cape of Good Hope. The SAA on-board entertainment remains true to their origin. Passengers can now choose between five South African films and several CDs by South African artists via the individual on-demand entertainment programme. Among the 44 movies to choose from there are always current blockbusters for all age groups and interests.
Investments in service and customer satisfaction pay off. This is attested by several awards which SAA has already achieved this year. Africa’s largest airline was awarded “Best Airline in Africa” and “Best Cabin Crew in Africa” during the World Airline Awards (based on the World Airline Survey by Skytrax) and “Africa’s Leading Airline” during the World Travel Awards (issued by travel agents). Awarded for the tenth consecutive year as “Best Airline Based in Africa” by OAG, establishes that quality has a tradition at SAA.
