As every year, this ninth ceremony recognizes the hotels that are the most effective and engaged in the following categories: customer satisfaction, product and environment. Note the special distinction for our categories “Coup de Coeur – Team Management” and “Coup de Coeur – Societal Commitment” which attracted more than 70 applications, illustrating the solid commitment of employees around the world.
